Gross. Used to work, now doesnt

What happened to when this app was working? I unfortunately cannot find a good alternative. Please someone help. Basically, the data is pulled from my Twitter accounts and I look at it through this app, but I cross checked the data through TwitFollow with what actually is in my Twitter account, and some that the app says are not following me ARE following me. To unfollow them (if I want to follow them) because TwitFollow tells me wrong information is the exact opposite of what I want. H E L P
